Refund Policy for Cartel

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase from Cartel, but we also understand that returns may be necessary. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Cartel, you may return your order within 14 days of the date you received your order. Items must be returned new, unworn, and in their original packaging with attached tags.

If the return conditions are met, Cartel will refund the full price of the item, including standard delivery fees. Refunds will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as personalized or limited edition items. Additionally, beauty products, fragrances, and cosmetics cannot be returned.
